Absolutely love Jumpfit classes, I usually hate cardio but I keep coming back for more! Shout out to the two brilliant instructors I jump with, Bex and Jules who manage to keep a smile on their faces the whole way through their classes and make sure everyone feels comfortable and having fun!

I absolutely love Jumpfit. I am not a particularly athletic person and initially was nervous to try it. I thought I'd fall over instantly in the boots as I'm clumsy enough without a springy boot involved. How wrong I was- the boots are really comfortable and don't take long to get used to. I have been doing classes since 2019-different classes with different teachers, indoors and outdoors. All experiences have been great and am now going to Bex's class on a Thursday. Bex is a brilliant teacher and the atmosphere in every class has always been welcoming & fun. The songs are always upbeat and I leave the class feeling happy and reenergised after a jump. I would recommend Jumpfit to anyone who want to get more active, and have fun to good music at the same time!! It's suitable for beginners and you go at your own pace which is fab!

This is the most amazing exercise class. I have never stuck at anything to keep me fit but I have been doing Jumpfit for 3 years. It is the most fun you can have while doing a very sweaty cardio workout. We laugh , we sing and we encourage each other. The instructors all have slightly different styles but ultimately achieve the same thing. A fun energetic vibe that keeps you coming back for more. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ class.

Great addition to the community, everyone is so lovely and inclusive. There is something for everyone. Yoga, rebounding, dancing, Pilates, kettlebells, DNB boxing and much, much more! I never did any fitness before but now I’m addicted.

I love this class! It's great for your confidence, fitness and getting stronger! The instructors are all amazing, really fun, you can't help but feel happy after coming to a Jumpfit class. I love this especially as I have issues with my joint's, the boots take all the impact, so I can exercise and not be in pain. Through coming to JF classes (now for just over 2 years!) I've made some great friends, gotten fitter and it's definitely played a massive part in my positive mental health 💜 Especially throughout lockdown when they keep up with classes on line and then in person as soon as they safely could. Honestly, come and try something new, you won't regret it!

Hired the studio for 1-1 in public speaking with 2 clients. The space was a great size to moving around in as well as for sound, and having the mirror as well meant my clients could access their posture, stance and movement. Great lighting as well as being able to open a shutter for air and more natural light. The process to hire was so easy and superfast. Would definitely recommend this space and would definitely use again! Thanks so much!

Attending Greek dancing lessons for the third year now has been an exceptional experience. I highly recommend it to everyone. The instructor, Anastasia is incredibly helpful, making the learning process enjoyable. Personally, it's been a fantastic way to connect with Greek Culture and stay active. . Additionally, we all feel like one big family, which adds to the overall enjoyment of the classes.

Best class ever! You just can't help but move/dance so really active. Love going Mondays to start off my week. Feel much stronger and more toned. Like the feeling of working different muscle groups as I only ever ran before. Holly is lovely too. 😊

I absolutely loved this class!! It was super high energy with amazing music and I burned over 600 calories. The best bit was it didn’t even feel like a workout because I had so much fun. Shareen was amazing and had so much energy. I’ll definitely be back!!!!
