Brilliant Class and Instructor. Shareen is lovely & welcoming! I always have lots of fun in her class, I love the playlists Shareen picks and is so clear with the moves & cues which makes it easy for me to follow!

This class is so much fun, dancing to really great music with some lovely people. Absolutely zero pressure to get the moves down perfectly which makes for such a welcoming and fun environment. Can’t recommend this more if you want a good cardio workout which feels like a night out ❤️

Such a great high energy class - I haven’t danced for years and the moves were so easy to pick up! It felt like a real workout and I had so much fun definitely will come back Shareen and the girls were so lovely and welcoming too xx

I absolutely loved this class!! It was super high energy with amazing music and I burned over 600 calories. The best bit was it didn’t even feel like a workout because I had so much fun. Shareen was amazing and had so much energy. I’ll definitely be back!!!!
