Customer service is second to none. There is always someone at the end of the phone. Polite, friendly and very efficient. I have been with MoveGB as an activity provider since the company began and am very happy with all they have done for my business.
Only been using them a couple of weeks as a partner but a great company. Friendly and helpful staff from set up through to support. Had some lovely new clients booked through the system too.
I'm an Instructor on MoveGB - it's an amazing website for Instructors to reach a whole new audience from the comfort of their own homes. I've been able to teach my Zumba classes online with no issues. The booking system is simple and partner support is excellent.
I needed to add a new studio to my partner portal, I phoned movegb and I had it sorted quickly. The lady spoke with me was so polite and made sure that I get everything right. Then she emailed me back 15mins after the phone call.
A Tech Company That Has Grown to be Great! The team is conscientious, efficient and friendly....I have spoken to some of the advisors many times and they always remember what the last conversation was even if it was ages ago. As an "old" partner I am also pleased that I have been given the option to keep things as they are for my ease. And in light of their super swift response to Covid 19 absolutely outstanding. Cool, calm and collected business as usual...just how it should be. Thanks Team!
I've worked with MoveGB for years now and I can't recommend them enough. As a fitness provider they've helped me reach a wider audience and are always sending new people to my classes. They are always very friendly, approachable helpful and just a great bunch to work with!

I really like the concept of MoveGB. The platform gives members the freedom to try such a wide range activities & instructors, and it gives activity provider a chance to be discovered. I have been an activity provider since 2016 and MoveGB definitely helped to keep me motivated to continue running classes throughout this strange time. Since March 2020 I have had members log into my sessions from all over the UK. It's wonderful to meet new people and sometimes become a part of their journeys of health and wellness. So many classes have become a real community space that people can look forward to. It's really nice to hear when my MoveGB participants feel motivated and encouraged to take part lots of activities especially at a time like this. MoveGB just makes it simple! I’m loving Move, wayy more than I thought I would… it’s been great for my lifestyle and I’ve definitely noticed a saving in how much I used to pay for fitness 😅 Really not sure what these recent reviews are based on and shame to see them as I’ve always had such a great experience with their team when I reach out they’re super helpful and always go above and beyond for anything you need. Would recommend to anyone, you guys are the best x
MoveGB is absolutely invaluable to me. Means I stay interested in being active, and have all the information I need to chose a class or activity, quickly, right at my finger tips. Love love love.

These guys provide such an amazing service… friendly and professional and go out of their way to help. Their app / booking system is fab and there are tonnes of classes to choose from! It makes it really easy to give new things a try and mix up your fitness routine!!

I booked on the trial to try to get back into a healthier lifestyle. It worked! I’m now signed upto the full subscription and do 3 session a week. I also do some tester sessions. I’m loving it , I am so much happier and feel loads better than I did . It’s saved me loads of money.

Have been using MoveGB for years and have always been impressed by the service. After my circumstances changed and it made more sense to join a gym directly, their customer service team did everything they could to make the transition as easy as possible. I haven't got anything other than positive things to say about them.

Only started with MoveGB but what I can say it is really great. Really enjoying it . Matt in costumer services is excellent. So helpful and sorted out the issue i had when a class was cancelled. Could not do enough. 10 out of 10. Delighted

Great concept. I gave up my gym membership for training at home with move. So many classes to choose from, any time it suits me.
MoveGB provide a great service with loads of options both in person and online. The app is easy to use and their customer service is fantastic should you have any enquiries about venues/classes. I’ve been a MoveGB member for several years and can’t imagine going back to a single venue membership ever again - the flexibility is brilliant.
Move GB saved my sanity during lockdown... I signed up for the free trial, fully expecting to cancel if at the end, but have used it and enjoyed it so much I will be happy to continue. The range of exercises is fabulous, the quality of the instructors is second to none.. I use it mainly for yoga & pilates.. Would recommend 100%.

The best customer service you could ever call- spot on service with kind and understanding staff. My question was answered straight away and my issue resolved instantly. The best thing about MoveGB is the variety of exercise options on offer plus the flexibility of the scheme. Being able to freeze my membership is a real bonus for me, as I only use it Oct-March. They've adapted well to lockdown, with many providers live streaming classes (although personally, I can't wait to get back to 'in person'). Its really good value, especially if you like yoga. Finally, the staff are really helpful and always manage to sort any issues promptly. I love it, been using it since it started and wouldn't swap back to single leisure centre/gym membership.
Experience has been great. Large selection of training sessions enabling me to exercise the way I like, and to the extent that I like. I'm just getting into exercising again after a few too many years, so exercising at home allows me to take it at my own pace more easily than I would feel possible in a gym environment. Trainers are professional and friendly. I think Move is great! I wouldn't be exercising again if it weren't for Move! Thanks.
