Matt is a Product Manager I would hire again and again. Matt provides an excellent blend of pragmatism and objectivity - he's strong with data plus Reforge trained for growth tactics - combined with product instinct and the courage to take fast decisions. This blend IMO is a critical trait of highly successful PMs. While already well experienced, Matt is on a great trajectory and I have every confidence his career will over time include Product Leadership roles and perhaps one day Founder status too. In addition, Matt is someone of high integrity, very passionate about product and an incredibly humble and curious character.

Matt has a real passion for product discovery. He has a rare blend of skills - its not often that product managers have the maths background to do detailed analysis, development experience to understand what is possible, and the outgoing personality type that is genuinely energised by talking to customers.
