I've had so much fun from day 1 at Jas's class. I've been going for a year now. Jas makes the female only class a safe space to exercise and express yourself in movement through dance. The music is amazing. Jas's energy makes me smile throughout the class. I also love the no rules in the class so you can just dance. No pressure to follow any of the dance moves. I highly recommend this class. You will come away feeling energised and relaxed at the end of the class. And most importantly feeling great about yourself. That's my experience.

I don’t have words to explain how much I LOVE this class! Jas is an absolute inspiration and has created a fun & supportive space to move and dance in a way that fits every body. It’s so much fun that you don’t notice how much exercise you’ve done till you come out sweating. It’s 100% the highlight of my week and always makes me smile whatever mood I go in with.
Jaz has such good energy and vibes and creates a safe space where all women can enjoy sharing dancing and more together. Would 100% recommend attending her classes. Good tunes and moves accessible to all - you feel you've fully had the best workout ever after and a great time.
