I just love going to Izzy’s dance classes. I look forward to it all week. I can’t stop smiling during and after. It’s a fun hour of dancing led by the amazing Izzy with a fantastic friendly welcoming group of all ages. Just joyful

Izzy is a rare piece of gold! She is passionate and enthusiastic! She clearly loves dance and shares that passion with her dance groups, making each class engaging and enjoyable! It’s the most inclusive and supportive group I have ever come across and you leave refreshed with inner confidence that last all day. Izzy has the best taste in music and she leads with professional steps which you can try and add to - anything goes! A master of her art with energy pouring out of her - supportive and building up of others! She lives a bit of Tina Turner to get the party started!

I was completely new to dancing in a group and I was pretty awful at following instructions but Izzy was always so kind and supportive. Such an inclusive teacher who has the warmest and friendliest vibe. Cant recommend her classes enough! The classes lifted my mood so much and were my lifeline each week ❤️

Izzy’s classes are magical - she’s full of warmth, positivity and amazing energy. The steps are easy to follow but so expressive and the music is amazing. I always float out of the room on a dance high at the end. Wish I could go every day.

I've been attending Issy's sessions since she started and they never disappoint, every time I make it it's the highlight of my week! Always an absolute joy with a great playlist and even better company. I love that it's joyful, high energy but no pressure and no ego. Just lovely ladies having a fun dance with an absolute goddess of a facilitator!

It’s so refreshing to be in such a positive female empowering environment. I’m not a great dancer but if it’s liberating, body moving, pure fun you’re after then I can’t recommend the classes more!
